Information Security Policy
G.U.Technologies, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is committed to protecting our information assets and those entrusted to us by our customers from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and to responding to the trust of our customers and society through company-wide information security efforts based on the following policies.
Basic Policy

We will establish information security that enables us to fulfill necessary social responsibilities while maintaining an environment where employees can work freely and openly in pursuit of the Group's founding objectives.

The Company provides infrastructure to financial institutions, and the importance of maintaining reliability in this business is extremely significant not only to customers but also to society. Our greatest responsibility is to maintain the confidentiality of customer information at a high level and to maintain the information system environment used by customers in an extremely stable manner. All employees must recognize that the operation and management of the Company's consortium-type blockchain is established by responding to the trust of customers and society.

In order to fulfill these responsibilities imposed on the Company, we establish this Information Security Policy and require all applicable persons to act based on the established policy, as follows.

We will establish an organization involving management to promote and improve information security activities. We will also define roles and responsibilities for information management and ensure the operation of the information security management system.

Our employees shall comply with information security policies and related laws, regulations, and contractual obligations, and take responsible actions.

We will establish criteria for assessing risks, clarify risks to information assets, and implement risk response plans.

To protect information entrusted to us by customers and continue our business, we will strictly protect information processing facilities and related equipment from accidents, disasters, and external interference.

The information security management system will be continuously reviewed, its effectiveness evaluated, and improvements made as necessary. We will also conduct continuous internal audits to clarify compliance with established rules.

We will establish emergency measures in case of accidents or disasters affecting the services we provide, and take measures to continue business without delay.

In the event of legal violations, contractual violations, or accidents related to information security, we will respond appropriately and work to prevent recurrence.

Goals for maintaining and improving information security will be set and monitored in all departments under the leadership of the ISMS Committee to ensure the implementation of initiatives.

We will provide education and training on the basic policies, relevant standards, and procedures regarding information security to all employees involved in information assets within the scope of application, to ensure they have the competence necessary for their duties.
